You will get a chance to grow as a technologist and as an Oyepreneur very quickly.No. of positions - 1 - Technical RecruitmentJob Location - GurugramKey Responsibilities areas:- Understanding the business requirements, working on the assigned positions and deliver the resource in the given timelines- Sourcing the relevant profiles from different channels and building the good number of pool of candidates- Always stay in touch with all Stakeholders to share updates on their hiring numbers and time to time discussions as and when required- Building strong relationship with the candidates and the stakeholders- Responsible for Brand building by different social networking channels - For scheduling interviews coordinating with the interview panel and scheduling the candidates based on the availability- Ensuring positive experience with all candidates who are in the interview funnel and always leaving a good impact - Keeping a strong pipeline for all assigned positions to have a back up for all the offered candidates- Keeping all offered candidates engaged till joining- Handing over the candidate to the onboarding team with all required docsDesired Skills:- 2-4 yrs of experience required- Worked in B2C companies are preferred, candidates from consulting background who worked for b2c start up clients are welcomed- Should have worked with Start ups- Should be well versed with all sourcing strategies and searches - Boolean search, X-Ray search, head hunting- Excellent communication & Presentation skills,
