- This role will work closely with business stakeholders, management to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.- Candidates should be capable of Oversee all aspects of IT Applications projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of projects. Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project.Responsibilities:- Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of internal application projects- Work closely with the business.- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.- Analyses, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end users.- Strong Experience of Preparing FRDs & BRDs- Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process- Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements- Collaborates with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.- Clearly identifies project stakeholders and establishes customer classes, as well as their characteristics.- Conducts meetings with the business to gather requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.- Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.- Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.- Research, reviews, and analyses the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.- Assists in conducting research on products to meet agreed upon requirements and to support purchasing efforts.- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.- Ensure resource availability and allocation.- Report and escalate to management as needed.- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.- Meetings with the stakeholders to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.Additional Information :Requirements:- Proven working experience as an IT BA- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office- Bachelor;s Degree in Computer ScienceRequired Qualification - Graduation - Bachelor of Computer Science (B.Sc.
