  • Project Role :Test Lead
  • Project Role Description :Lead the testing effort and/or team to plan, construct and execute release tests. Apply testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives. Coach and advice testers as required.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Review and analyze system specifications 2 Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans 3 Execute test cases manual or automated and analyze results Help troubleshoot issues 4 Evaluate product code according to specifications 5 Create logs to document testing phases and defects 6 Report bugs and errors to development teams Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing 7 Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development
      • Technical Experience : 1 Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role 2 Experience in project management and QA methodology 3 Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus 4 Ability to document and troubleshoot errors 5 Working knowledge of test management software eg qTest, Zephyr and SQL 6 Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Good Analytical Skills 2 Good Presentation Skills 3 Good Communication Skils Ability to work in a team and as well as an Individual contributor
      • Educational Qualification : BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
