ROLE SUMMARY:Position: Contify - SDR - Lead GenerationFunction/Team: Business Development/SalesLocation: GurugramReporting to: Senior Manager - Business Development/SalesABOUT THE ROLE:Leads qualification:- Generating leads from different leads channels, and qualifying them for sales opportunities- Generating responses from MQLs through consistent follow-ups through emails/calls, andscheduling meetings for sales / account executive- Hunting high quality focused leads for account-based sales and marketing- Following up with lost potentials / SQLs to derive new opportunitiesSales ops: - Understanding and management of CRM (Hubspot), sharing analytics fortnightly / monthly- Maintaining account/clients- trackers- Maintaining CRMs and sharing analytics fortnightly / monthly- Sharing continual feedback with marketing team for lead personasEDUCATION/PROFESSIONAL TRAINING- 2 to 4 years of lead generation experience in the information / market research / market intelligence industry- Prior domain experience from companies such as Evalueserve, Grail Research, WNS, The Smart Cube, Genpact, etc., will be a value add.- Must have inside sales experience in the US and/or EU markets- Should have exceptional email writing skills- Must be able to speak with and understand American English accent- Should be good at general awareness and current market trends. Preferably a vivid reader of business newspapers or magazines.,
