Job Description

  • Technical or business team
  • Manage 1 2 Scrum teams
  • 3+ years of project delivery-related experience using any Agile delivery frame work;
  • SAFe or Scrum Master certification
  • Should have a total of 5-10 years of experience.
  • Band: T4/M1
Scrum Master Role Summary
  • Facilitate the cross-functional delivery of a range of business and technology deliverables using advanced negotiation, facilitation, planning and dependency management techniques.
  • Holds the Product Owner and Development team accountable for their responsibilities in running the scrum process.
  • Facilitate release planning and governance activities across teams.
  • Visualize program and delivery progress via status reports and dashboards for leadership, while helping remove roadblocks and maintaining a laser focus on enabling consistent velocity and delivery for core team members
  • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks; define and drive mitigation plans
  • Operate as a servant leader for the team and coach roles and stakeholders on understanding of the Scrum methodology
  • Advocate for agile principles and help negotiate agreements between teams; facilitate productive communication between teams and among teammates.
  • Identify and champion when process or technology improvements may be warranted; lead continuous improvement by identifying and remediating cross-functional process gaps across your teams and the technology organization at large
  • Act as data steward for team metrics such as timesheets, estimates, velocity, rosters, etc.
