Job Description

Work Experience Min. 1 to 2 years of work experience in same profile (manufacturing industry) Educational Qualification Graduate/MBA/PGDBM Duties and Responsibilities: Coordination with Client starting from Receiving Order Assisting Shipments for all new orders received. Keeping track of Customer orders & Shipments, Mailing tracking ID s & invoices to B2B Customers. Tracking High Value Customer. Resolving Delivery order related issues. Handling any issues related to Warehouse like missmatch, stocking or any other issues faced. Coordinate and gather information for repeat orders. Try to take references for new orders. Managing complete customer complaints. Reviewing pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience. Calling High Value Online order customers. Handling returns, payment & debtors followup. Stock-In process of pending SKU S. Overdue Payments calls to customers. Handling and maintaining the Customer Segmentation File (Data) adding new Customers data in the file. Filling vendor registration forms. Generate and process new sales leads as necessary.
