Job Description

  • Manage the design and execution of Sales go- to- market strategy for IndiaSA by partnering with restaurant acquisition , onboarding , account management , operations and support teams across ideation , piloting , scaling , and optimization of Sales programs
  • Define goals and measurement frameworks to inform planning , execution , and performance management including establishing forums to facilitate learning and improvement within Sales and with cross- functional partners. Own budgeting & forecasting process and cadence to ensure achievement of revenue and key operating metrics
  • Set clear objectives and measures. Monitor progress , productivity , and results. Drive business review cadence and develop reporting frameworks to facilitate alignment , learning and improvement , and accountability.
  • Coordinate with the multiple Program Management teams , Sales teams , and stakeholders across the business (e.g. , Ops , Marketing , Finance , CommOps) to drive continuous improvement on operating metrics on a portfolio of projects
  • Be a thought leader , and drive alignment around business priorities , provide insights to set strategic direction and prioritize a portfolio of initiatives.
What You ll Need
  • A minimum of 6 years of strategy / investment banking / consulting / business intelligence / sales operations or related experience with 2+ years of experience in managing and developing teams
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen. Aptitude for framing business questions with data , translating business needs into strategies , and executing tactics and process improvements.
  • Experience with Sales GTM - acquisition , account management , and support processes , systems (e.g. , CRM , reporting) , and datasets. Geek out in understanding the sales funnel and sales operations best practices
  • Experience in developing and managing programs with high proficiency in process design and optimization , project management , cross- functional buy- in , piloting and evaluation , and rollout/adoption
  • Self- starter with a collaborative orientation; empathetic and leans in and embraces rolling up your sleeves (process mapping , data cleansing , debugging/commenting code , documentation); skilled at project and process management to balance between urgent and important requests; thrives on change and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to technical and non- technical audiences , as well as stakeholder management and consensus building , and project management
  • Strong personal code of ethics , integrity , diversity and trust. Strong references from former employers and business partners; passion for building relationships
  • Would be an advantage if you have proficiency in accessing , linking , and analyzing data from structured and unstructured data environments (e.g. , SQL , Python , R , SPSS) and partnering with Data Architects/Engineers to establish infrastructure to facilitate adoption of standardized metrics/reports and data discovery for non- technical analysts , and CRM/BI tools preferred
