Job Description

    Sales ExecutiveJob Location: Gurgaon, Sector 30Date of joining: Immediate Joiner Required Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)Job responsibilities include
    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
    • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, and social media
    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products
    • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
    • Manage day to day activities including proposal, sales agreement
    • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
    • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
    • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
    • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
    • To look after client retention by ensuring customers ongoing expectations is met.
    • Generate interest for repurchase and referrals and creation of pipeline from the existing client base
    • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly outline the value proposition.
    • Ensure timely submission of Daily / monthly report, Sales forecasting, tour plans, and expense statements
    • Executing the sales promotion monthly plans including utilization of companys POS material at Dealer & retail level on regular basis to create brand awareness
    • Adhere to quality standards and processes within defined metrics
    • Demonstrates a commitment to the technology industry staying educated on the new regulations, our product solutions change, innovations and trends.
    • Work closely with Sales & Marketing team by analysing competition & suggesting fresh ideas to increase website traffic and direct website bookings
    • Organizing customer meet, operator meet, financers meet, road shows and goodwill visit to existing and competition customers.
    • Effecting a smooth transition to the teams that will execute new programs or projects.
    • Assist dealers in achieving their overall sales target through regular visits, scheme communication and timely material service.
      • Monitor the outstanding payments on regular basis and take measure to minimize the over dues.
      Requirements
      • Must have minimum of 1-4 years experience in B2B (Fmcg/ cosmetic industry)
      • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
      • Proficiency in English
      • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
      • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
      • Fast learner and passion for sales
      • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
      Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
