Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience in supporting delivery of quarterly sales plans
  • Experience in internal stakeholder management.
  • Experience working with stakeholders up to and including Director level across multiple teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in advertising, sales or marketing
  • Technical ability with customer-relationship management programs (SFDF), SAS Discovery etc.
  • Understanding of (or experience working with) SQL and large data sets a benefit
  • Understanding of regional markets a benefit
  • Extremely proactive, organized and proven ability to work well with a team.
  • Track record in developing insights to support management decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly Key Performance Indicators and pipeline reporting for the team. Identify insights to support Regional/Country Manager decision-making, and drive actions to improve metrics performance in region.
  • Align senior leaders in Acquisitions and cross-functional leadership on top projects/priorities for the market/region and lead the same to provide medium to long term impact.
  • Analyze data trends and gather market/vertical/customer insights to support regional forecasting and planning process. Provide relevant insights for quarterly and annual planning cycles.
  • Be responsible for overseeing all business processes and working with key business partners to implement process improvements in the region.
  • Market development, events, and customer insights: Work with regional and country level Marketing partners to develop market acquisition plans and event strategies, and collate customer insights and case studies for the region.
