Job Description

    Work Experience: 10+ years of which atleast 5 years in Technology OperationsLocation: GurgaonBackground: Experience of Technology operations in a B2B or B2C Commerce company, aflair for sales is an added plusEducation: Ideally BTech with an MBA Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic person to drive Technology Operations and lead a team of Operations executives. This is a critical role that requires a combination of technical and managerial skills, as well as the ability to work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that technology systems are aligned with overall business objectives. The candidate will own up 2 key critical functions:1. Commerce Technology Operations- Commerce Operations: Ensure successful implementation of all technology initiatives to drive commerce initiatives within the physical eco-system - Commerce Data: Be the owner of all Commerce related data and ensure regular reporting, data integrity and accuracy by collaborating with the Product and Data teams- Client Onboarding and Customer Success: Manage expectations of clients to who we deliver technology / commerce solutions, ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing troubleshooting to deliver customer success- Commerce GMV: Own and drive B2B commerce categories within the ecosystem and generate GMV by working closely with our vendors, internal operations, sales and procurement teams2. Technology Operations- Managing day-to-day technology operations: Responsible for managing the day-to-day technology operations of the organization, ensuring that systems and infrastructure are running smoothly and effectively and providing a seamless standardized experience to all clients- Providing technical support: Providing technical support to clients and other stakeholders, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as needed- Managing vendor relationships: Manages relationships with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring that contracts are managed effectively and that vendors are delivering on their commitments- Ensuring compliance with regulations: Responsible for ensuring that the organization technology systems are compliant with relevant regulations and standards, and communicate such compliances to clients and other stakeholders Key skills : - Project management skills: Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan and execute technology projects on time and within budget- Problem-solving skills: Should be able to identify and solve problems quickly and effectively, including technical issues and business challenges- Excellent leadership and management skills, including the ability to manage and motivate teams, delegate tasks effectively, and provide guidance and support when needed Soft skills: - Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders- Highly detail oriented yet with a strong focus on the larger picture- Good communication skills,
