Job Description

We re looking for a project manager to:

  • join the Program Management Office and support the Sales Transformation Vice President / Managing Director in running the Global Salesforce Program and Global Sales Operations to deliver excellent services, new projects and measurable business value
  • provide leadership and manage stakeholder engagements in all aspects of running multiple projects concurrently across the program of work
  • proactively prepare reports, status updates and interesting updates for Project Boards, Salesforce Exec Steering Committee, Salesforce Monthly Program meetings and other leadership calls
What you ll do
  • Provide Project Management expertise and leadership in the definition of project scope and objectives
  • Establish and manage relationship with key stakeholders
  • Coordinate resources to ensure the flawless execution of projects
  • Maintain effective communication providing regular updates on project to stakeholders and senior management
  • Develop a detailed project plan and document and track progress
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Anticipate, communicate and escalate project delivery challenges as required
  • Oversee go-live and post-go-live activities
You have
  • extensive Project Management expertise working in a large firm and supporting a significant global program or business line
  • exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • excellent report writing
  • strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Project Management tools, methodologies and best practices
  • excellent teamworking, interpersonal and networking skills

  • able to identify and anticipate risks and know when to escalate for project support
