For individuals who can take the initiative, but work well within a team.Job Location:- DelhiKey Accountabilities:Actively engages with clients to generate leads, opportunities and sales of Fugro products and services in a country or business line.Leads sales and BD efforts on large, strategic client projects in close collaboration with proposal management and project management teams.Supports the marketing and proposal development activities in the business unit. Meets sales targets.Any other work assigned by company and/or HOD from time to time, based on competency.Produce factual & analytical reports on markets, leads opportunities, competitors etc in a timely manner.Should be ready to travel intensively & meets clients. Organizing & Managing Conference, Seminar and technical presentation. Preparing technical & Marketing browsers / presentation to showcase the company capability.Liaising with regional development director and BD team.Preparing Commercial Proposal along with commercial team.Qualifications Skills / Experience required:Civil Engineering Degree or higher Education from accredited college or university.Minimum 8 years of practical experience in similar role.Self-motivated, pro-active, committed and flexible with strong problem-solving skills.Commercial and Business acumenAbility to work effectively in a multi-national and multi-cultural work environment.HSE Responsibilities:Responsible for ensuring safety of self and others at site. Prevent damage of equipment and assets Responsible for following all safety signs/procedures/ safe working practices Responsible for using appropriate PPEs Responsible for participating in mock drills. Entitled to refuse any to undertake any activity considered unsafe. Responsible for filling up of hazard observation card, wherever hazard has been noticed at site. Responsible for safe housekeeping of his work place. To stop any operation that is deemed unsafe To be able to operate fire extinguisher in case of fire To report an incident as soon as possible to immediate supervisor and HSE manager To complete HSE trainings as instructed to do so
