Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated, achievement-driven Senior consultants in the supply chain planning space

Location: Mumbai / Pune / Gurgaon / Coimbatore / Ahmedabad

Relevant Experience: 15-25 years

Responsibilities

• Lead large scale transformation projects for the customers

• Work with business users to define improved processes and work with them as a partner in the transition process

• Deliver projects on time and within budget

• Work with business to offer them a holistic solution portfolio for better end to end planning

• Build a long term relationship with the customer

Qualifications

• Engineer + MBA Degree Preferred

• 15+ years proven consulting experience in Supply Chain

• Should have worked with Tier (1/2/3) IT or ITeS companies

• Must have implemented Solutions for customers in Manufacturing, Chemicals/ Plastics, Food Processing, Paper, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Transportation Warehousing industries

• Ability to build credibility quickly with new customers

• High level of clock speed; ability to comprehend and problem solve by thinking and acting quickly on your feet

• Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others in the organization with no direct reporting relationship

• Ability to uncover and prioritize prospective client s KPI s to drive a better implementation closure

• Demonstrates presentation/written skills at an executive level; Excellent communicator

• High level of professionalism and integrity which builds trustworthy relationships both internally with SCMworx colleagues and externally with prospective clients
