Job Profile: Outbound sales process And In-house sales process (Voice Process)Inbound Process:The sales representatives duty is to answer the calls and not only answer the queries of the customer, but also to ask questions to the customer in order to understand their need, overview the customers history in their database and analyze it to determine what to recommend.Outbound Process: The sales professional specialized in establishing outbound customer contacts in order to promote and sell a product or services of the company.
