Responsibilities: TAT 90% EOR s receivedclosed within 14 working days. 100% adherence to the SOP of EOR approved by ICOA. Regularfollow up with test centres in case of incomplete test materials(every twodays) till completion of all the requirements for processing the EOR request Manage Test MaterialConsolidation. Timely Preparation &allocation of EOR marking Packs to Senior Examiners upon availability ofexaminers End to end management of the EOR outcome notification process. 0% tolerance, deviation to any laid down process & risk managementplan. Update test centres about EOR requests within 48 hours on week days. Managing examiner issues and getting them resolved Essential Requirements: Strong process orientation. Minimum 1.5 to 3 years backoffice operations experience. Understanding andcommitment to maintaining appropriate standards of confidentiality and securityof materials. Adhering toIELTS policies and procedures. Good communication skills inEnglish- written and oral Good proficiency in MS Excel, MS- Office & MS- Word Good reasoning skills Demonstratedeffectiveness of communication skills Dependability, reliability, punctuality Customeroriented Accuracy and attention to details Ability tokeep calm under pressure or during unexpected circumstances Should bewilling to put additional hours on the job if the need arises. ,
