  • Setting up the customer service operations in India
  • Manage all aspects of customer service operations
  • Align activities of teams to support business strategy objectives and contribute to business financial commitments
  • Shall be responsible for customer satisfaction and relevant quality, legal, and compliance requirements
  • Utilize LEAN techniques to drive operational efficiency improvements at the business and department level Operations
  • Determine the policy for the logistics department of the Product Line
  • Lead the Export Import Management
  • Manage an integral logistics department via a number of group leaders
  • Formulate the short term (1 year) logistics policy
  • Specify the conditions for lowering costs, improving response time and shortening through times
  • Taking action, draws up a package of logistics measures, evaluates the alternatives and their consequences and gives advice to the business management in the event that priorities have to be set for product deliveries. You are a part of The S&RC team, the most profitable category within Philips Health System portfolio, where you will get a chance to work with a diverse multi-functional team. You will report to the Business Head S&RC and will team of 4 people reporting to you. You will be required to collaborate with other functions like Legal, Regulatory etc. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • A Master s degree with over 8 years of experience
  • Should have set up the customer service operations in India
  • Willingness to travel as the job demands extensive traveling (10 days in a month initially and then will be reduced to 5 days in a month)
  • Excellent collaboration skills and stakeholder management as you would be handling multiple stakeholders internally and externally
  • Knowledge of import export
