Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage daily operations using tools such as Gmail, Excel, Word, and pdf/image editing software.
    • Coordinate with clients and candidates via email and other platforms, providing timely and proactive communication.
    • Handle a high volume of client calls (60-70 per day) using a professional phone system, ensuring excellent customer service.
    • Schedule interviews, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews to identify qualified candidates.
    • Source candidates using recruitment platforms and networks, ensuring a diverse pool of talent.
    • Maintain accurate records of interactions, feedback, and reports, ensuring data integrity.
    • Improve operational processes to increase efficiency and enhance client satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination and effective teamwork.
    • Timely and proactive coordination with clientsteam members etc and other all other official coordination.
    • Should be able to work in quite room with no disturbance.
    • Should be able to manage Employee engagement programme.
    Requirements:
    • Previous experience in operations management is preferred.
    • Female only can apply.
    • Fluency in written and oral English is essential.
    • Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
    • Proficiency in Gmail, Excel, Word, and pdf/image editing tools.
    • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Excellent knowledge of advanced Excel.
    • Digital marketing skills, including social media management, are desirable.
    • Mature, responsible, smart, and bold attitude.
    • Must have an independent room for work with a reliable internet connection.
    • Own laptop and Wi-Fi are required.
    • Age limit: below 35 years.
    • Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7pm
    • Candidates with experience in roles such as Front Office, Office Coordinator, Executive Assistant, hr Coordinator,hr Operations, Receptionist, Hr Employee Engagement, rR Recruiter, bdm, Telesales/Telecaller are eligible to apply.
