Job Description

    • The Service Coordinator is responsible for handling all service-related backend activities for Cepheid products. He/she will play a strong role in providing excellent service experience to our customer. The service coordinator shall contribute to growing department capabilities which may include assisting to build more scalable processes, supporting documentation and/or metrics needs, improving quality, etc.
    This position is part of the Technical Service Coordination function within Customer Care group and will be located in GurugramIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:Job Responsibilities:
    • Coordinating with customers for all service-related activities (Contracts renewal, Engineer visit, Spare parts transfer, Defective parts return)
    • Dispatch Field Service Engineers for service calls as appropriate and actively communicate with the FSE to confirm all logistics to ensure proper recording and communications.
    • Process RMA and outbound shipments for all service-related activities.
    • Monitor and maintain customer technical support events to determine shipment activities.
    • Responsible to maintain and update Equipment master data in ERP system
    • Process purchase orders for billable service activities, which relate to service calls and preventative maintenance events.
    • Manage service contract quotations, setup bill plans, review documentation and process invoices
    Required Skills
    • Bachelor s degree with 5+ years of experience OR
    • Master s degree with 3+ years of experience
    • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient knowledge of SAP
    • Outstanding skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
    • Knowledge of CRM applications (Salesforce)
    • Strong Understanding of Service Back end process -
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet the given timelines
    • Attend project meetings in other time zones
    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
    • Healthcare domain with customers in Hospitals, Labs, Govt. customers
    • Managing customers in the neighboring/ other APAC countries
