      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Instant Communications over Microsoft Skype for Business Online/Microsoft Teams 2 Be a part of support team and troubleshoot complex issues on Microsoft Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams 3 Advanced troubleshooting skills with Microsoft debugging tools for MS Teams and Skype for Business online
      • Technical Experience : a Extensive knowledge of SFB online and Teams b Good level of knowledge on networking including firewalls, dmz, WAN technologies, LAN and VLAN c Adequate knowledge of Active Directory Services and Site Topologies d Extensive knowledge on Enterprise Voice deployments e Extensive knowledge on sizing and designing and architecting SFB Online and teams Deep level troubleshooting skills on complex issues with SFB systems
      • Professional Attributes : a Candidate should have very good communication skill and experience on handling multinational customer b Good learning and team mentoring attitude
