Job Description

Designation Medical Affairs ManagerQualifications: - BHMS/BAMS/BDS/Added advantage - M. Pharma, PHD (with/without MBA), MBBS /MD (Must have any of the Medical qualification)Experience - 3 to 4 years (Minimum two years experience is mandatory in Botox/Fillers/Aesthetic device)Job Responsibilities-

  1. Actively participates in cross-functional team working across the Medical Affairs, Sales and Business organization, especially the Medico-marketing interface, to optimize the dermatology area application/ education/ product support.
  2. Lead Medical Affairs and conjointly work on related medico-marketing strategy. This includes scientific content preparation and scientific communication in order to support the existing and new customers education.
  3. Engage KOLs to support the scientific programs to help build brand loyalty. Conduct workshops, in-clinic demonstrations, speaker sessions && symposia to reinforce organizations image within the dermatology && cosmetic industry.
  4. Create/review promotional, training, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) material incompliance with relevant industry codes and medical correctness.
  5. Support Medical Affairs in planning and implementation of advisory board and clinical investigator base for products in the therapeutic area with the capability of providing expert medical advice and delivering a timely and high quality of contribution to business growth.
  6. He/she will prepare & implement promotional strategies && should be innovative. Can design innovative promotional and communication inputs.
  7. Patient oriented campaign && special activities for priority products.
  8. Key Opinion Leaders engagement activities in coordination with sales & marketing team.
  9. Provide useful, timely, accurate, and balanced medical information to internal (sales staff) and external (HCPs) customers, in adherence to relevant SOPs/policies.
  10. Impart medical training to new sales staff on basic sciences/ TAs/assigned products

  14. Should have good experience in managing Stall Design, Product promotion and related activities during Trade Shows(conferences)
  15. He /She will be responsible for Ensuring profitability of the brands and Ability to plan and conduct cycle meetings.
  16. He/she will prepare & implement promotional strategies & should be innovative. Should be capable of designing innovative promotional and communication inputs.
  17. He /she should have experience in managing digital marketing (FB, Twitter, companys website, etc.).
  18. Patient oriented campaign &special activities for priorityproducts.
  19. Key Opinion Leaders engagement activities in coordination with sales team.
  20. Monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring.
  21. Field Work to review & evaluate strategy implementation.
  22. Co-ordination with all support function for effective implementation of marketing strategy.
  23. Marketing Resource Planning (Marketing collaterals, samples and inputs).
  24. Handling and Development of marketing team (2 product Executives).
