Inviting applications for the role of M, Legal and ComplianceIn this role, you will be providing matured balanced Advisory services to all cross functions- HR/ ER/ Infra & Logistics, Operations, Sourcing etc on all legal aspects. Be a trusted partner.You will work closely with External Counsels and Consultants on specific tasksResponsibilitiesRegulatory Licenses wrt IT & ITES industry-Monitoring and Management (S&E, CLRA, PF, ESI Etc)Supervising/Managing Vendor Compliance activities(CLRA)/ Vendor Audits & Risk assessments.Regular Monitoring and ensuring the fulfilment of the Statutory Compliances under the applicable Acts. (Annual/Half Yearly /Quarterly returns etc)Good knowledge on Local/Employment Laws/State Rules etc.Providing matured balanced Advisory services to all cross functions- HR/ ER/ Infra & Logistics, Operations, Sourcing etc on all legal aspects. Be a trusted partner.Handling litigations/Court matters/ Recovery mattersDoing internal investigations and ensuring proper documentation. Experienced with Handling Ombuds/Sexual Harassment casesValidating/Vetting Contracts, Leases, Real Estate Agreements/Amendments/Sows and negotiate on Legal clausesWork closely with External Counsels and Consultants on specific tasksQualifications Minimum qualifications LL. B from a reputed College / University Preferred qualificationsRelevant experience in managing Legal & Compliances in a corporate company/ies.Excellent Communication skills / Preparing reports/ presentations.Stable tenure in previous employment ,
