Contractual 6 12 monthsWhat youll doYoull be supporting the OACS project manager to embed the OACS (Oracle Analytics Cloud Service) reporting platform by running training via live WebEx sessions as well as supporting users during their initial use of the system. You will also help to create online training materials which will be used as our standard training repository post full system implementation. You will work closely with the Programme Team to enhance the existing training collateral and ensure that the training materials produced are in line with our long term training strategy and offer maximum benefit to our customers. Youll be responsible for managing, creating and delivering the training collateral required for the continued rollout of the new system to finance employees.The skills youll needWere looking for someone with a strong customer focus in their work, excellent interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail.
