Job Description

    IT Desktop Support (Cloud Managed Services)Qualifications:
    • Experience with cloud platforms and technologies and experience working with on-perm infrastructure environments (virtualization, storage, networking, Microsoft infrastructure, etc.).
    • Experience in IT Service Management, Operations, or processes improvement and definition.
    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery.
    • Monitoring and managing desktop support, IT services desk, and VIP support functions to ensure optimal service.
    • Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary.
    • Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties.
    • Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery.
    • Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery.
    • Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand.
    • Assist the Managed Services operations team in modifying and executing an overarching support strategy.
    • Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams.
    • In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery.
    • Expertise in people management.
    • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
    • Solid resource planning and problem-solving skills.
    • Open to work in US Day shift. (i.e. IST 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM OR 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM )
