    • Generate revenue by counselling prospects and converting them to sales. Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound calls.
    • Meet and exceed contribution goals.
    • Intensely following up with the prospective students and closing the sales within the sales cycle.
    • Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics.
    • Reaching out to customers by emails and face-to-face meetings/counselling.
    • Negotiating and closing deals.
    • Diligently communicating, aggressive follow-up, and priming the lead through different channels.
    • Individual contribution Role.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets.
    Qualifications-
    • Strong negotiation skills.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Experience- 6 month to 2years in sales
    • Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales Pipeline.
    • Willingness to pursue career in sales.
    • Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality.
    • Candidates should have a laptop.
    • Sales experience in an ed-tech firm is preferred.
    • Should have professional proficiency in English.
