Job Description

    Dear Candidate,We are urgently hiring for a Immigration consultantPosition: Immigration ConsultantExperience: 2-5 yearsSalary: as per industry standardsJob Roles and Responsibilities:
    1. Making outbound calls to either warm or hot leads provided, to assist them by answering questions in regards to visas they are interested in applying for and signing them up.
    2. Handling outbound telemarketing and providing excellent client service.
    3. Responding to incoming emails and phone queries.
    4. Helping clients in gathering and submitting the required documents
    5. Reviewing the submitted documents
    6. Keeping up-to-date with the industry changes and any alterations to the immigration laws
    7. Achieve monthly sales target.
    8. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent.
    • Age should be below 30 years.
    • Experience as an immigration consultant, preferably with expertise in relocating individuals to more than one country.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented and research driven individual.
    • Ability to handle stressful situations.
    • Strong leadership skills.
    • Ability to offer excellent customer service.
