Job Description

    We are seeking a motivated and target-driven individual to join our team as HR Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling potential candidates and introducing them to our organization. They will provide detailed information about our insurance products and explain the benefits of becoming a Financial AdvisorResponsibilities:
    • Cold call potential candidates and introduce them to our Organization
    • Provide detailed information about our insurance products and explain the benefits of becoming an Financial Advisor.
    • Conduct initial screening with the candidates to assess their suitability for the role.
    • Explain the requirements, expectations, and potential earnings of being an Financial Advisor
    • Persuade and motivate potential candidates to join our agency as Financial Advisor
    • Schedule and conduct meeting with interested candidates.
    • Assess the qualifications, skills, and background of candidates to ensure they meet our standards.
    • Collaborate with the HR department to coordinate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
    • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure their engagement and interest.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interviews, and recruitment progress.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively promote our agency and attract potential candidates.
    • Meet or exceed individual and team targets for hiring Financial Advisor
    • Collaborate with the sales team to provide support and guidance to newly recruited advisor during their initial stages.
    • Assist in organizing training programs or workshops for newly hired advisor, if required
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
    • Ability to handle objections and address potential concerns effectively.
    • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Familiarity with insurance products, policies, and industry regulations is a plus.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and other telecalling tools.
    • High level of professionalism and integrity.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
