• Effectively communicating and guiding internal stakeholders on the status of their prospect employee.
• Ensure suggestions and optimization is done to converting as many offers to joiners
• Ensuring candidates get the right and timely information about their offer and onboarding.
• Interacting and partnership with recruiters to anticipate any risks
• Ensuring new joiner process is duly followed with proper documentation and approvals in place with processing cases on ATS
