    We are looking for Inside Sales Manager in GurgaonShift - Rotational5.5 working daysSalary Date 7th of the monthWork Experience - Min 8 years - Max 16Budget - 10 LPA - 20 LPALocation - Gurgaon, DelhiJob Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Inside Sales Manager to build, lead and nurture a highly efficient sales team to achieve conversion rate and Average Order Value targets for the quarter, and in parallel setup systems for a sustainable sales process and even higher numbers in coming quarters This Position will be reporting directly to the Co-FounderResponsibilities and Duties:TEAM LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT:a. Responsible for causing the team targets to be achieved.b. Review ongoing tickets and cause strategic breakthroughs in stuck tickets.c. Cause sales team members to perform to the best of their abilities.d. Establish individual and team goals and regularly review performance to ensure continuous improvement.e. Recruit, train and mentor a high performing sales teamf. Develop a clear onboarding process and ongoing training programs for new and existing team members.Sales Pitch, Tools and Training Development and Implementation:a. Create and implement sales collateral like brochures, etc.b. Create sales pitch email, audio and video for the sales team to leverage.c. Create sales training sales acumen, sales process and systems and product training.Sales Systems Development and Implementationa. Evaluate and optimize the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, qualification, closing, and account management.b. Oversee the selection, implementation, and effective use of sales tools, including CRM, sales automation, and reporting platforms.c. Develop and implement sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Reporting & Analyticsa. Regularly track and analyze key sales performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of the sales strategy and tactics.b. Provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.c. Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize the sales process.Qualifications:1. Bachelors or degree2. 8+ years of experience in sales and sales operations, in Inside Sales in a B2C space3. Proven track record of building and leading high-performing inside sales teams (minimum 3 years)4. Experience with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and sales analytics platforms5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment7.
