      Technical Support role for the process Adobe, San Disk & western digital with Leading Global Outsourcing Company
      Delhi NCR - Gurgaon, Haryana
      Salary up to 40k CTC + Meal +Transport +5 days
      Location -Gurgaon
      Job Summary
      Provide a professional and efficient Technical troubleshooting over the phone on behalf of Adobes worldwide Customer Services.
      Utilize excellent customer service & technical skills for resolving technical/customer service queries for Adobe customers.
      Also, help customers caption their telephone calls.
      Positions Technical Support Advisor and Semi tech advisor
      Service hours 24*7, Rotational Shifts
      Qualification Undergrads or Graduates in any stream
      Experience Graduates with 6 to 12 months of international BPO technical support experience.
      Key Skills
      Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, caption, Customer Service, Customer Relations, Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, Technical Support, Basic Computer Operating Skills File/Memory/Keyboard Management, Installing and uninstalling software, basic troubleshooting, and keyboard shortcuts, Operating System Knowledge of hardware, Control Panel and basic hardware troubleshooting.
      Required Experience and Qualifications
      Qualification Undergrads or Graduates in any stream.BE /B Tech /MCA /BCA / Tech diploma .
      Experience Graduates with 6 to 12 months of international BPO technical support experience.
      Must know Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Operating systems, Internet applications, installing and uninstalling software
      Must know about file, memory, keyboard management, and control panel along with operating system knowledge of hardware
      Training will be provided
