Job Description

Process OverviewCorporate Audit provides independent assessment and validation of risk through testing of key processes and controls across the Bank, which is designed to add value and improve the Banks operations and long term business strategies. The mission of Corporate Audit is to effectively and efficiently support the Company s risk governance framework by determining whether controlling processes and controls over strategic, credit, market, liquidity, operational, compliance, and reputational risks are adequately designed and functioning effectively.Job Description Assist the Corporate Audit Leadership team in managing the audit coverage of the Global Business Services (GBS). The role will require the employee to support the audit coverage responsibility within the GBS space.ResponsibilitiesKey tasks involved in this role will include:

  • Supports risk-based audits and reviews, including planning, execution and reporting.
  • Proactively implements audit strategy for the sound application of risk based practices by defining audit scope, audit program, and review and test procedures in area of the responsibility.
  • Ability to Utilize sound, seasoned analytical skills and possesses product, business, and technical expertise to execute assigned responsibilities independently.
  • Communicates audit results to the Audit in-charge and impacted stakeholders in an accurate, timely and professional manner and support the issue resolution process.
  • Exercise judgment and critical thinking to influence business partners to drive business actions and influence management on sufficiency of corrective actions.
    • Owns and drives personal and professional development.RequirementsEducation- Accounting degreeExperience - Minimum of 3 - 5 years of work experience in an Audit with a Big 4 accounting firm or Financial Services Organization.Mandatory Skills
      • Accounting degree with a minimum of 3 - 5 years of work experience in an Audit with a Big 4 accounting firm or Financial Services Organization.
      • Good understanding of the key business processes, risks and controls, knowledge of COSO framework
