Key Responsibilities: - Directing a cost-efficient SCM operation in compliance with company policies and procedures, ISO standards and other regulatory guidelines. - Leading the planning function which includes demand planning, supply planning, production planning, capacity planning across business lines. - Ensure effective supplier evaluation to develop new suppliers - Setting up DCs in new zones - Support R&D on new product development. - Cross functional collaboration within the operation team to achieve maximum output. - Imports handling from Source to Destination - Documentation Preparation, follow up with CHA/customs clearing agents for payments of customs duty & clearance of imports. Planning & Procurement :- Ensure No Stock Outs- Indent Vs Supply is 100%- WET is under acceptable %- Ensure best practices of SC are adhered in planning & procurement- Proper space utilization & planning in cold store to reduce storage cost - Better route optimization of cold vehicles to reduce logistic cost - Overall responsible for Supply Chain Management - Responsible for Fleet Management - Define inventory levels for products, keeping in view space utilization, navigating expiry threats & avoid funds blockage by over inventory of products - Oversee new product launch & LTOs for projections & ensure for no stock loss in case of LTOs & transitions - To ensure proper space utilization in cold warehouse, ensure smooth functioning & 100% supply Vs indent - Ensure products supplied are as per standards & as per norms defined by brands, any deviation not to be accepted - Review daily critical SKUs & guide team to ensure no stocks outs for products - Ensure smooth W/H functioning of Cold & Dry - Preparation, Implementation and Monitoring for all internal controls including budgetary controls of allocated business - Vendor management,
