Graphic Design AnalystWhat this job involves:The graphic designer(presentation specialist) will require to design and develop materials to support business development, marketing initiatives and campaigns, high-end property marketing and leadership decks/pitches . Candidate who can create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. This incorporates several tasks and responsibilities. Emphasis will be on designing customized PowerPoint presentations, template creation and other marketing materials for multi-million dollar properties.The candidate will work closely with Asia Pacific Pursuits team. He/she must understand the strategy, audience and objectives behind complex design projects, provide appropriate solutions with minimal art direction and work with a variety of team contributors including marketers and various levels of management. Graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, one requires to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. • Uphold global brand standards while creating effective, dynamic, and well thought out presentations.Will need to have the ability to communicate information and data effectively with the use of animations and builds, as well as the ability to create easy to understand charts, graphs, and diagrams
• Working with defined templates as well as creating new templates for graphically impressive proposals & presentations, including placement of images, illustrations and text for greatest impact
• Gather all relevant facts for each project and ensure that all deliverables communicate the correct information
• Work with Microsoft Word & Powerpoint, formatting, designing existing and new documents for consistency, using embedded styles or making custom styles; work with tables; importing/inserting tables, pictures and graphics from various programs
• Build vector maps, charts, graphs and other information graphics utilizing Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign or other appropriate medium, and enhance images or photographs using Adobe Photoshop
• Should be able to work on strict turnaround times, have a problem-solving approach, is sharp and aware of the new innovations/ services in the industry.
• Work with team to develop themes and brainstorm best visual representation of proposals and presentations
• Taking full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring quality and timely services and providing ongoing communication to the team lead, as well as initiative to get the project completed to deadline
• Design customized deliverables per team and stakeholder s needs, including original graphical elements that visually capture a given message
• Striving to innovate within brand standard guidelines
• Demonstrating real creativity with client branded documents as requested
• Proofing own work and collaborating with the team to ensure a high degree of accuracy and consistency
• Liaise with stakeholders and team members to deliver work that is timely, accurate and on brand
• Operate as per the defined workflow processes and Standard Operating Procedures

To apply you need to be:

• Bachelor s in any disciple or graphic design field with a significant equivalent experience
• Have 3-4 years of relevant experience
• You have strong creative vision and visual arts skills with an established portfolio of business to business print and digital marketing collateral
• Proficient using MS Office Programs (PowerPoint and Word) and basic knowledge of designing tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Able to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment
• Strong knowledge of design concepts
• Strong communication skills- Good written and verbal communication skills and flair for new media
• Reasoning ability: Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents
• Problem-solving ability: to problem-solve and make decisions under tight time constraints, but also not afraid to ask questions and seek input from teammates. Able to prioritize in order to effectively contribute to the department and the needs of the clients
• Solid time/project management skills: ability to work independently and under deadline pressure on several projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
• Strong work ethics: Takes initiative and can self-manage. Resourceful when approaching projects, can navigate through obstacles to bring projects to fruition
