    • Own the Rider & client NPS for Organization
    • Passion to deliver a fabulous customer experience
    • A nerd when it comes to solving customer issues
    • Experience of dealing with difficult customers on social media
    • Experience of complete lead funnel management for sales or service
    • Ability to mentor a team of agents across multiple processes
    • 2-8 years of experience in customer handling & team leadership roles
    • Ability to work with a cross functional team and deliver on the overall agenda of retention
    • Capable to set processes to ensure quality onboarding
    • Willingness to work in an early stage start-up & make it big
