Job Description

Here is a chance to work with an ed-tech company that focuses on diverse segments of education and delivers quality education across multiple age-groups. As a Financial Controller , your responsibilities will be as below:

  • Managing finance and accounting operations - including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
  • Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts and report variances
  • Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements
  • Coordinating the preparation of regulatory reporting
  • Supporting month-end and year-end closure process
  • Managing and complying with statutory reporting requirements and tax filings
  • Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Working under the regulations of INDas and IFRS.
Required Candidate profileWhat you need to have:
  • Proven experience as a Financial controller
  • CA (first attempt)
  • Experience of creating financial statements
  • Must have experience in IND AS and IFRS
