Negotiate over price TOT (Terms of Trade) with Organized Retail buyers.3.Manage accounts payments for Organized Retail.4.Effectively plan analyze over Inventory to maximize sales with accurate planning.5.Suggest marketing strategies and ideas for assigned territory to maximize sales.8.Manage and daily reporting of sales promoters placed at Organized Retail stores.9.Assign targets and tracking for Organized Retail Promoters.10.Co -ordinate internally with Finance, Logistics, training, HR Senior Management for day to day or need basis activity.11.Competitors business analysis, MRP MOP tracking.12.Understand react over business requirements dynamics and take corrective actions.13.Support organization in strategic decision making, provide market knowledge.15.Suggest ideas over marketing campaigns effectively utilize allotted budget.17.Suggest ideas strategies for business expansion and profitability18.Be in touch with Organized Retail store team for sales business.Required Skills: Must excel in a fast -paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem solving skills are required for success.
