Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist our drivers & customers with technical problems when using our products and services. She is also responsible for generating sales leads through cold calling. Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities

  • Respond to driver or customer queries in case of any problems
  • Generate customer leads through cold calling
  • Coordinate with drivers for material transportation
  • Assign drivers to premium customers
  • Monitor customer complaints and provide solutions
  • Identify customer needs and help them use the app
  • Take customer feedback after the ride is complete
