Job Description

    Hi,We are hiring for one of the best BPO Company, For the Customer Support/ Technical Support role.Location - GurugramEducation -Graduation/ Under GraduationExperience -Minimum 1 Year of experiencein International Voice Process(Technical Support).Shift Timings - Rotational Shifts, Rotational Offs.Working Days - 5 DaysFreshers can also Apply.Responsibilities: -
    • Handle Inbound and Outbound calling for customer service.
    • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive
    • Communication.
    • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
    • Conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of issues.
    • Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
    • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
    • Fluent English (Required).
    • Having experience in Routing, LAN, WAN, L1, L2, Troubleshooting, International Voice.
