Job Description

    Quess Corp is hiring for our client based In Gurugram for Customer Service Associate role(Inbound Voice Process).Provide functional and/or technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries.Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact, not transaction processing.Shift Between - 6:30pm to 7:30amTwo way Cab FacilityCTC up to 4.8 LPA onlyEligibility:Min 1 year to 3 year experience can be considered.Should be available for face to face drive on Monday 12th August 2024.Immediate joiners only.
