    About the opportunityDepartment DescriptionThe Finance Support Technology function provides systems development, implementation and support services for FIL s Finance, Procurement and Treasury Team. We support several functions spanning across Business Finance & Management Accounting, Financial Accounting & Analytics, Taxation, Global Procurement, Corporate Treasury, and several other teams in all of FIL s international locations, including UK, Japan, China and India.We provide IT services to the Fidelity International businesses, globally. These include development and support of business functions that underpin our financial accounting and decision making for global CFO Orgs, and we implement multiple systems including ERP platforms, home grown apps and third-party products. We are system providers to key process lifecycles such as Procure to Pay (P2P/Global Procurement), Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), Acquire to Retire (A2R). We also manage systems to enable cash management, forex trading and treasury operations across the Globe. We own warehouses that consolidate data from across the organisations functions to provide meaningful insights.Purpose of the RoleThis vacancy is for a highly motivated Senior Analyst Programmer who can quickly troubleshoot the issues/bugs/service requests from the stakeholders and resolve them within the SLAs of the application.The right candidate must be able to manage stakeholders, understand their requirements and troubleshoot any issues which may arise in Oracle Fusion and keep himself updated with the product (Oracle Cloud ERP) features.The right candidate will provide expertise in:
    • Providing Support to Business Users and Development Team on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
    • Exhaustive knowledge of Oracle Fusion Configurations w.r.t. GL and Essbase.
    • Troubleshooting incidents and issues in Fusion and integrations.
    • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
    • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
    • Performing unit testing of solutions.
    • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders, users and Oracle Support Team.
    • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of change requests/requirements.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Knowledge of Product functionalities (Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP)
    • Configurations/Hands-On, as per requirement on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
    • Interacting with Business teams in case of new requirements or training.
    • Identifying Gaps in Oracle Solution w.r.t. Business Needs.
    • Bugs & User Issue Resolution.
    • Period Closing and Month end Reconciliation with Sub-Ledgers with GL.
    • Coordinating with Oracle Support and getting the issues and enhancements resolved.
    • Requirement Gathering for enhancements and Sign Offs.
    • Walkthrough with the development team and provide clarifications.
    • Conducting UAT and securing Sign Offs for new requirements.
    • Maintaining SLAs and resolving issues within them.
    • Flexibility to work in Canada/UK timings as per requirement.
    • Maintaining excellent relationship with business and technology stakeholders.
    • Issue tracking through JIRA and other FIL tools.
    • Communication on progress with all stakeholders.
    • Maintaining good relationship with Oracle Support team.
    • Be aware of financial regulations such as IFRS/US GAAP/India Taxes-GST/ICDS etc. which can influence product features.
    Experience and Qualifications Required
    • Overall 4-6 years of IT industry experience in Implementation/Upgrade/Support of Oracle ERP and at least 2 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
    • Professionally qualified - B.E. / B-Tech / M.C.A.
