As a part of our high-impact Talent & Organization / human potential team, you will help drive the following: Lead learning efforts for large-scale as well as niche business transformation programs. Collaborate with clients, their business leaders and executives to identify and develop specific solutions for their learning needs and growth. Develop learning strategies that are aligned with client s business and talent strategies, driving positive change, innovation, and development across the client organization. Supervise the learning development team on projects; be the primary point of contact for external and internal stakeholders for program scope, budget, timelines, progress, risks, escalations, and updates; monitor effectiveness of learning programs; and recommend new approaches to enhance learning solution offered. Design and develop an adaptable and agile capability that aligns with the practice s strategic direction and goals. Demonstrate multiple levels of stakeholder management, across different groups of internal (within Accenture) as well as external (outside of Accenture) stakeholders. Negotiate learning contracts. Assist practice leads to develop high-performing teams and individuals while ensuring they have the required resources. Lead business development by spearheading proposals for new work and building client relationships. Manage multiple Learning and Talent programs across the practice s portfolio. Be seen and recognized as a thought and practice leader, who builds on the practice s strengths and brings new perspectives to the team; be an expert in at least one niche area of learning design / technology / experience. Prior experience in functional skills such as instructional design, training needs analysis, training strategy, curriculum design, project management, risk management, estimation and proposals. Have excellent interpersonal skills with qualities of an empathetic leader demonstrating expert communication, mediation, influencing, and coaching abilities. Own strategic thinking abilities with proven success in cross-cultural environment. Have special aptitude for multi-tasking and program management such as budget management, project planning and communications.
