    Position - Manager Business Planning & AnalyticsDepartment -Strategic AlliancesLocation -GurugramKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Business Planning Carry out comprehensive and timely business planning and deploy plan for revenue Sales Forecasting/planning for business weekly/periodic Detailed revenue and expense planning Analysis and in-sighting of current situation (internal and market) toderive relevant trends. Support Management with insightful performance analysis for betterdecision making Support in formulation of business strategy Support in preparation for Board Meetings, MBR /Distribution meetsand other Presentations as per requirementPerformance Management Analytics Conceptualize, design and improve reporting mechanisms /dashboards / Reports along with key stakeholders for PerformanceManagement Understanding data/report needs of Sales Channels and key StrategicInitiatives Data analytics for management support and decision making throughearly warning signals/lead indicator reports Suggest corrective measures/new means to manage outages Ensuring adherence to agreed TAT and accuracy of the data request Manage adhoc data requirementsVariable Compensation for Sales force Design sales incentive schemes for the channel Monitor variable compensation design adherence to budgets andefficacy Enable field sales force with Performance Management tools andperiodic reports Ensure statutory compliancesProject Management and Automation Development of new functionalities per needs of Sales force Promote usage of technology platforms Onboard and assimilate new business partners to Life systems ina timely manner Coordinate and collaborate with the concerned MLI departments toexecute the onboarding project for any new partnersLead Sales Promotion Initiatives and ensure timely fulfillment Designing and executing innovative Sales Promotion Activities likeReward & Recognition programs, Sizzlers and Contests for the salesteams. Develop analytical capabilities with support functions for assessingcontest efficacy within approved Cost and Time Budgets Leading fulfillment and resolution for initiatives thereby impactingsatisfaction scores positively Creating and implementing a complete communication plan for allsales promotion activities
