Job Description

Job Responsbility

  • Develop and implement processes to smoothen, standardize and evolve the talent acquisition in UrbanClap.
  • Hire and develop a strong recruitment team to support existing and future growth plans of UrbanClap pan - India and across multiple geographies.
  • Building out capabilities in the system that help reduce time to hire, improve the efficiency of hiring across multiple stakeholders through people training, scaling process and systems.
  • Understand through collaborative working with business leaders to implement workforce planning and forecasting thus developing a strong plan of action to accomplish targets and goals.
  • Build out a strong network of leadership candidates externallyIdentifying tools that help the talent acquisition team to scale and improve efficiencies.
  • Evangelizing the UC team and talent acquisition both internally and externallyIdentify and implement a data - based approach to talent acquisition at UrbanClap that help drive insights and drive decision making.
  • Build out strategies to evolve the talent acquisition function at UrbanClap and provide direction to the overall business efforts to recruit
Job Requirements
  • Experience of 8+ years in the talent acquisition team which includes 2 years of leading a team/function.
  • Experience in leadership hiring is preferred.
  • Self - starter, strong project management experienceStrong networking skills and excellent communication
