Job Description

    Job Overview :- We are looking for a skilled AVP - Brand & Content team who can lead the creation, execution, and optimization of our brand and content strategy.- The ideal candidate should have experience in a 360 degree marketing role and be comfortable handling content and communication across all brand touchpoints.- Being well-versed in Google Analytics and basic knowledge of SEO content would be appreciated.- Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Premiere Pro to interface with designers and editors.What Youll Do :- Develop and implement brand strategies: Enforce brand strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives. Ensure the brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity that resonates with the target audience is consistent across channels.- Lead content development: Oversee the development of content across all channels, including website, social media, email, and advertising. Ensure that the content is consistent with the brands messaging and tone, and that it effectively communicates the brands value proposition.- Manage creative teams: Manage a team of designers, copywriters, editors and other creative professionals and oversee the development of creative assets to ensure they meet the brands standards for quality and consistency.- Conduct market research: The senior manager conducts market research to understand the target audiences needs and preferences. They use this information to inform brand strategies and content development, ensuring that the brand remains relevant and resonant with its audience.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Collaborate with other departments, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure that the brand is aligned with the companys overall goals and objectives.- Measure and analyze results: Measure and analyze results of brand and content activities, using data to inform future strategies and tactics.- Stay up-to-date: Stay updated about latest industry trends and best practices in branding and content creation. Understand and interpret finance and investment related concepts to create relevant and compelling content.Your Superpowers :- Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field- Bachelors/P.G degree in marketing, communications or related field- Have led a team before- 7+ years of experience in a 360 degree marketing role, with a focus on branding and content- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Experience working with a PR agency or in-house PR team- Comfortable working with finance and investment related concepts- Strong leadership and project management skillsAdded Advantages :- Knowledge of BFSI industry with special attention to investments domain- Knowledge of Google Analytics and basic SEO- Working knowledge of design software such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Premiere Pro- Agency Experience,
