Job Description

Need an Asst. Manager Fulfillment. (Sal Up to 45k In Hand)The primary responsibility of this role is to support sales organization in servicing accounts and help in pre and post sales Operations. The candidate will be a primary source of contact for the client and will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction along with aligning the operational end.The responsibilities will include-:

  • Ability to thrive under pressure Self- motivated, confident and driven individual with a go- getter.
  • Identifying potential problems and devising ways to rectify them.
  • Work with sales team to ensure the smooth execution of the Fulfilment Function.
  • Be involved in every detail to ensure smooth and timely execution till the end.
  • Develop familiarity with and adherence to company procedures and policies.
  • Strong Operation management skills.
  • Managing the Hub Operations SPOC. He or she will have to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to solve real-time escalations on ground.
  • Training and mentoring team members on a regular basis and give them pointed feedback.
  • Knack for setting, measuring and improving processes on a continuous basis in a dynamic environment.
Qualifiers-:
  1. At least 2-4 years experience in start-up environment.
  2. Have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, be well-organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  3. Energetic, competitive spirit, passionate and proactive.
  4. Microsoft office proficiency and strong presentation skills. Must have successfully executed operations in a high-velocity environment
  5. Should process oriented and Real-time problem solver with the ability to work in a high-velocity environment with changing goal posts and responsibilities
