Experience and Knowledge Knowledge on Contracts Lifecycle Management, Red Lining and Negotiation. Drafting contracts based on pre- agreed precedents and guidelines. Understanding of key contractual clauses and their impact/obligations on various stakeholders. Uploading and maintaining of contracts in client databases and summarization of key terms used.
