Job Description

ExpediaDo you have a passion for finding and engaging world-class talents We are looking for a customer-centric Associate Recruiter to support Expedia Group s Commercial and Functions (C&F) team in APAC.The business teams that you will be partnering with include Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Corporate across our business units in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to help define and optimize recruiting processes for these groups, as well as demonstrate a high level of integrity and customer service in a consultative manner.What youll do:

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process for defined client group(s) or talent segment.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure that they prioritize position requirements and make trade-offs by bringing insight to ensure quality hiring decisions in their team.
  • Facilitate intake meetings to ensure alignment on open positions and to identify the best matches with candidates in the talent pool.
  • Create and implement pipelining strategies, building pipelines for future roles where we do not have always on sourcing.
  • Assess applicant/candidate quality, skills and fit to find and identify the best candidate for a position.
  • Maintain effective relationships with candidates through the recruiting process including negotiating offers.
  • Act as an ambassador of Expedia Group, demonstrating and articulating our values, culture, work environment, business strategies and benefits.
  • Influence hiring managers on talent acquisition strategy using insightful market data and analytical skill.
  • Work collaboratively, putting the goals of the team and business first, embodying Expedia Groups Mission, Purpose & Values.
  • Champion Inclusion & Diversity at Expedia Group, results-oriented colleagues and stakeholders to drive improved representation.
  • You will handle a requirement volume between 15 - 20 positions providing coverage across roles.
  • You will bring a collaborative approach to the recruiting team, offer ideas, and find creative solutions to help improve your craft.
  • Partner with sourcing team to ensure high quality pipelines and ensure effective handoffs between candidates in talent pools whilst fulfilling hiring requirements.
  • Steward an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Drive EG hiring culture with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to global talent acquisition initiatives.
Who you are:
  • You have at least 2 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume, high growth environment, within the commercial and corporate functions in the APAC region.
  • You are an influencer that can help guide and steer the right decisions for the business based on both experience and data.
  • You have experience working face-to-face with VPs, directors, and managers, providing guidance, and direction to ensure a great experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • You can manage a large number of requisitions at once, ranging from individual contributor up to Director level roles with varying levels of complexity.
  • You bring a source-first mentality, schedule time for searching for passive candidates, and strive to find the best people in the industry.
  • You are process-driven and always look for ways to improve existing processes including documentation, collaboration with team members, and recruiting tools.
  • You can adapt quickly to changing business needs and requirements.
  • You prioritize, stay organized, set clear expectations, and drive the hiring process while delivering expert support and results.
  • You have strong analytical skills to build, measure, and scale efficient workflow between candidates, managers, and the recruiting team.
