About Position Profile: Associate Product Owner Job Description Appster is looking for a highly enthusiastic individuals for the role of Associate Product Owner who are passionate about building mobile products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast- paced environment and work within a cross- functional team to design, build and roll- out products that deliver each customers vision and strategy. Role & Responsibilities : Formulate a product or release goal for near to mid term. Proactively work on the product backlog. Update it with new insights and ensure there are enough ready items. Responsible for Sprint Planning and Product Backlog prioritisation. Track the project progress (time and budget) Document user stories along with Acceptance tests, elaborate Epics and Features into user stories Client communication - Manage change requests, track regular progress Acknowledge client communication and ensure that it is in proper queue/ pipeline so that the team can collaborate on it. (Product Backlog and/ or Issue Log) Develop Product Roadmap, Update UX/ feature description Coordinate project delivery with the stakeholder teams Candidate Specifications: Expert knowledge in Mobility domain, products and solutions Expert knowledge in Security domain, products, protocols and algorithms Strong teamwork, relationship building and interpersonal skills Ability to interact professionally with a diverse and geographically dispersed group of stakeholders Strong analytical and creative problem- solving skills Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience Experience building developer- oriented services and tools Experience writing user stories and defining robust acceptance criteria Experience with user persona development and UX mockup development Exposure to Agile (Scrum) process preferred Ability and desire to work in a high- pressure, fast- paced environment and be able to handle several projects and tasks simultaneously.,
