We are looking for a Senior Manager with Digital planning experience of minimum 6 years. This is a high impact, critical position to manage planning work for worlds leading technology brand.Reporting of the roleThe Role Reports to the Practice Lead3 best things about the job:A fun environment that combines the best of being entrepreneurial whilst at the same time being a part of the most exciting business in the organizationA role where there are no limits to good ideasBest client, encouraging most exciting work in the countryMeasures of success In three months:Understand the agency functionAble to adjust to the clients working style and deliver on day to day requirementsUnderstand the know-how of Digital Platforms(Search)In six months:Master Proprietary ToolsDigital ChampionedCreate Strategic Plans for the clientA great relationship with the clientIn 12 months:Independently taken charge of the client requirementEnterprising delivered on client s requirements with cutting edge solutionsMotivated teammemberWhat you will do:Support Senior Director in resource management by managing tasks in the podsCompletion of Tactical Plans, Performance Reports, and Post-Campaign Analysis as directed by the Associate Director or Director, across all digital inventory (from search to video) for the campaigns within their scopeResponsible for expressing the rationale behind media investment decisions and evidencing the performance vs. expected outcomesDevelopment multiple case studies throughout the course of the year to be leveraged in internal training/on-boarding as well as in new businessAccountable for the completion of and adherence to Campaign Analysts PlansResponsible for the quality of reporting and insights within assigned campaigns.Host client 1-1 meetings and sync-upsContributes content to and present at Media Planning Milestone Meetings such as tactical presentations and post campaign analysisDeliver quarterly, semi-annual, or annual updates on work quality as it relates to workstreams (Quarterly business review, Learning Agenda, Platform Evaluations)Identify new vendors/partners while maintaining a POV on themDrives how syndicated and first party data is used within the campaign lifecycleSupport global alignment and collaboration at the Client Pod levelEnsure successful onboarding of new Essentials by creating onboarding plansWhat you will need:At least 7-8 years experience in the Digital Media or Advertising fieldSolid understanding of media concepts/terms, creative and budget requirementsSolid grasp of digital marketing, especially a deep knowledge of digital mediaAbility to forecast outcomes of brand/DR campaigns and manage spendExperience with Media Research Tools (Comscore, GWI, TGI, YouGov) PreferredStrong written and verbal communication skills including the desire to progressStrong organizational skills, detail-oriented and capable of multi-taskingProven problem solving skills and ability to think outside of the box Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.,
