- Collect, organize and interpret transactional data across the organization to make it useful for driving continuous process improvement initiatives in the organization - Providing relevant data-related reports to leadership for decision-making, action planning, and continuous improvement - Developing systems and tools for effective data management, visualization and interpretation (systems design, dashboards, information graphics etc.) - Using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business - Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods - Develop and design documents including training manuals, process outlines, flowcharts, checklists, templates, and implementation procedures - Strong ability to develop and deliver engaging, informative, well organized presentations. - Plan, manage, and execute medium to large size process improvement initiatives - Provides guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members,
