Job Description

    Incumbent will be responsible for creating various management reports for critical stakeholders. Below are the key responsibilities:
    • Provide support for preparation of monthly/Quarterly results and MIS.
    • Support Preparation of the annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and ensure accurate and timely information is provided to the stakeholders
    • Prepare variance analysis on a monthly basis and highlight key issues and unusual items and provide recommendation to remediate
    • Support closure of internal audit and statutory audit.
    • Understand key drivers of the P&L, detailed review of cost lines - events, news service & dispatch, marketing, overheads.
    • Anchor competition benchmarking and analysis, support volume and value share analysis.
    • Anchor GL level review of expenses and ensure correct provisioning and accrual on monthly basis.
    • Support preparation of review decks for monthly results, board meeting & chairperson reviews.
    • Collaborate and support business team in preparation of P&L for events and marketing activities.
    • Support business teams in preparation of business cases
    Business performance reporting/ management reporting exposure, Communication Skills, Influencing Skills & Proficient knowledge of excel.
    • Should have an excellent skills in MS Office
    • Have the ability to identify and quantifyfinancialimpact of opportunities with limited data
    • Be able to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives
    • Have strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
    • Be able to possess a strong combination of business acumen, strongfinancial& analytical, project/process management.
    • Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner.
    • Good understanding of SAP to have added advantage.
